Our office is open Monday - Friday 8:00-5:00 but we have options for dropping off 2022 tax return information.

We are offering alternatives to in-person appointments:

If you can upload documents rather than mail them or drop them off, please do so. It is best to wait and upload all documents at one time if possible. The easiest way to securely upload information to us this year is through the new Click here to upload secure files link found in the signature of each of our emails. Using this link you will be prompted to enter your name and email address then easily upload your files. You will not be required to create a login or password and we will receive an automated email when you upload. You can also upload information through the File Exchange option in your secure Net Client CS portal. If you do not already have a portal then please use the secure ShareFile link in our email signature to upload information.

Another option is to secure your tax documents, including the 2022 taxpayer questionnaire and signed engagement letter in an envelope or some type of packet labeled with your name & phone number. Then place the packet in the DROP BOX mounted to our office building to the left of the front door. If you have any questions you would like addressed please write these down and a tax preparer will call you to discuss them during the preparation process. If you do not have the engagement letter please contact Aimee (aimee@hibbsandassociates.com) in advance to facilitate getting this to you since we cannot begin your tax return without this paperwork.

Upon completion of your tax returns we will contact you by phone or email. You will be offered the choice of in-office pick up, receiving your returns on the portal, or mailing your returns (including all original supporting documents) to you.

We will continue working daily on all client projects and appreciate your cooperation and patience during this time.

In a remote case that a tax accounting, payroll or bookkeeping issue cannot be resolved by these means below, the appropriate employee will schedule an appointment to meet with you.
